How does it calculate the forecast?
It takes your property's real month-to-date total and your daily average, and projects them to the close of the period. It is an estimate based on your real numbers in R2 OS, not on generic assumptions.
Can I compare against the previous month?
Yes. WhatsMinder shows you how the current period is doing against the previous one, so you see at a glance whether the hotel is improving or needs a push.
