Do I need technical skills to set it up?
No. You connect by scanning a QR code from your WhatsApp Business in under 5 minutes. No coding, no developers. Our team guides you step by step.
Does it replace my current WhatsApp?
No. WhatsMinder connects to your existing WhatsApp Business and works alongside your front desk. If you reply manually, the AI pauses on that conversation.
What if the AI doesn't know an answer?
WhatsMinder never makes things up. When unsure, it hands the conversation to your front desk. You can also expand its knowledge base so it gets more accurate.
Can it really make reservations and take payments?
